Cartel is the intelligence beneath Atria. It holds a faithful, connected picture of your estate — not a drawing of it — so that directions, decisions and plans all start from the same reliable ground.
Why it matters
A floor plan shows where rooms are. It doesn't know how to get between them.
Most organisations have drawings of their buildings. Drawings are records of intent: they show walls and labels, but they carry no understanding of how a person actually moves through the place.
Cartel adds that understanding. It knows which spaces open into which, where the doors and thresholds are, how the lifts and stairs tie the floors together, and which of those connections a given person is permitted to use at a given hour.

Rules that travel with the route
Access rights and opening hours are part of the calculation, not a warning added afterwards, so a visitor is never guided through a door they cannot open.
Indoors and outdoors as one
Courtyards, forecourts and paths between buildings belong to the same network as the corridors, so a campus journey is a single continuous route.
Built from what you already hold
Existing plans and building records are a starting point rather than an obstacle, supplemented where needed by a walk-through of the spaces themselves.
Changes made once
A move, a closure or a refurbishment is recorded in one place and is reflected immediately in every route that depended on it.
